Very comfy footbed. Somewhat narrow toe box and runs long so I needed to order a half size down. Looks very smart without being formal. Would also like to say that the online purchase plus returns and exchange service are absolutely flawless

I knew I wanted this shoe as soon as I saw it. I usually wear an 8.5 so that’s what I ordered but when I tried to walk in my house, I knew it wasn’t going to work. The strap around the heel does not have a buckle and is therefore not adjustable, so I couldn’t tighten it and it kept slipping off every time I stepped. I returned it and bought a size 8. I guess this means the shoe runs a tad large, but I can keep it on with no problem. The heel height is perfect. I didn’t want a flat but I didn’t want an extremely high wedge, either. Very attractive shoe.

Very comfortable out of the box and they looks great. There is no adjustable strap so fit could be an issue for some.

These are really super cute shoes, more on the dressy side, but sad to say they run big. I have Cole Hann shoes that I’ve ordered in this size and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, I can’t return, so I’ll have to try some shoe fillers.

I purchased the black in a size 7.5 m which is my normal size, but they are too big. I agree with one of the other view that you need to size down.

Very comfortable shoes with good cushioning. They appear to run about 1/2 size large (and have an elastic part on the strap, but the strap is not adjustable).
