skin. Excellent fit, comfortable and a very nice quality, buttery leather. The tiny platform is nice, not obvious and will provide some extra shock absorption and traction on the polished stone floors at work. May buy in other colors.

First ordered 8 1/2 but that was too tight. I am somewhere between 8 1/2 and 9 so reordered 9 and that was just right. Nice style and heel not too high.

I bought them for my Wife and she loves them, She said they are super comfortable able, the description said runs Big so we first ordered a size 8.5 but they were al little too small. the 9 is perfect. They also come with 2 extra heel spike caps which is nice.

Ordered a 10.5, and usually wear a 10, (out of my size online) so I was a little worried but they fit great! They are beautiful and a great neutral color.

Really happy with this purchase. The shoes are beautiful with quality leather and detailing. The shape of the shoe is professional and stylish, and the heel-height is just high enough to avoid being matronly. (I would give the style an extra * for 3mm more height.)
The fit is great for my triangular feet- sufficiently roomy in the toe box and yet my heel is not slipping. How cool is that? The length is true to size, and the padding and arch support are comfy.
Definitely recommend the purchase. Higher price point than others, but shoes I’ll wear on default.

Perfect every day pumps, I own them in black and nude and the only shoes I ever wear to work. I can walk around the US Capitol all day in them and my feet never hurt.

These are as classic as black pumps can come but I didn’t realize how comfortable they would be. I wear black pumps at least once a week for work so even though they seem pricey, I consider cost per wear. Will continue to buy Cole Haan shoes as I know I’m getting quality!

Almost too good to be true. I’ve been looking to replace my ‘go to’ black work pumps and these are IT. I’m typically a solid 7.5. My heels are sliding out of these ever so slightly – but not enough to size down. I am narrow overall with a wider toe box, and these do the trick.

This is THE most comfortable heel I have owned. There was zero uncomfortable break-in period (i.e. no rubbing, pinching, squeezing, etc.) and they’ve molded perfectly to my feet after just a couple of wearings. I wore them for the first time on a multi-day, multi-stop business trip and never felt the need or urge to take them off or change into flats, which I had on hand just in case. I’ve also stood in them for long stretches of time with zero issues or eventual lower back pain, be it walking around on hard, unforgiving surfaces or while working at my standing desk. These have become my preferred work heel, and I’ll absolutely be purchasing additional pairs. The heel is slightly lower and narrower than other styles that I generally prefer – including Mylah, which I also purchased because of the blockier, taller heel – this is a far more comfortable style to me.

Oh my gosh. These are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I was incredibly surprised. As soon as I put them on, I was shocked. It really was created using research because my gosh. It literally feels like you are walking on clouds. The cushion inside. It just wraps around your feet and feels incredible. I can wear these all day long and would want to still keep them on. Just so comfortable. Highly highly recommend to anyone. Great height for everyday wear too.
