Shoes have a great style and are comfortable, but the white on the sole is noticeably yellow compared to the white of the rest of the shoe.

So here is my challenge. I ordered these shoes (new ones) on Zappos and I received someone else’s USED white shoes. As soon as I removed them from the box, I saw that they were used. Obviously someone returned these and said all was ok but it’s up to the retailer to ensure that they are getting back the items as promised not the next client.
So, I immediately returned them and put a note in the box stating that these shoes were used and I paid for new ones!

Fit was great, leather was nice for the cost and the style was just what I was looking for. Actually bought a black pair first, and before I ever wore them out I ordered the brown pair. Great shoe.

The white shoes are not as pictured. In the images, the soles are the same white as the upper leather. In reality, the soles are a yellowish tint that looks terrible. Returned without even trying them on.

Purchased for a college senior and he’s a huge fan. He’s a true 11 but always gets 10.5 in Cole Haan. Comfortable and versatile.

This shoe used to be genuine leather, and for the price, I assumed it was. Still a good looking and comfortable shoe but the synthetic leather gives it a cheap feel.

These look great when you first get them but……. I bought these for my son for school. He wore them for a month and they completely fell apart. They look like he wore them for a year. They have a huge tear in the front by the seam and the leather just did not hold up, even with polishing. He does not wear them for sports or running around. Mainly for walking from class to class. I had bought the same pair a while ago for my husband and the same thing happened. I was hoping that they had redid them and fixed the quality issues but apparently not. Thank goodness for Zappos amazing customer service!

Feet not the same so I added a thin extra insole to right and stretched the left overnight. Very comfortable – Perfect fit.
