This is a cute shoe and it fit true to size. However, I didn’t care for the quality. The chain is a cheap looking plastic and the lining is manmade. For Cole Haan and for the price, I am disappointed in this shoe.

I really wish I could have kept this shoe, but just couldn’t find a pair to fit! I usually wear a 9M, but my heel slipped out of the back of it. I took a chance that the 8.5 would be a better fit, but not so! It turned out to be too snug with not enough room in the toe box. Oh, well…I guess it wasn’t meant to be. I do love Zappos, though. They always make the process of picking the perfect shoes very easy. Thanks again, Zappos!
