Cole and Hann shoes never have disappointed. This is the 3rd pair, of this style, I have owned. They hold up well with everyday wear and are comfortable for my moderately active work environment.

I like these shoes for comfortable casual and work purposes. My only complaints are that a) the fit is tight across the top if you have a high volume (tall) foot shape, and b) the elastic gussets are tearing away on either side of the tongue area on one of the shoes, after very little wear. I expect more from this brand.

Didn’t get a good new pair. My first time using your company. Had good experience with my error on ordering tan & black vs. French Roast, so now need the black pair returned and get a nice new pair and return the french roast pair…then I’ll comment again. Thanks.

Yeah, these are not the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever gotten. The heels dig in and make it rather painful to walk in them. I’ve only used them while traveling (as I thought they’d be helpful through TSA), but I am sorry I did.

These are not the same shoes I purchased at another store. The pair I have are of much higher quality. Leather on this pair is a low quality and not very attractive. Stiching is not as good and workmanship is also sub par. These are made in India and are a lower grade shoe that disappointed me. These shoes were returned.

I was replacing two pairs of the same shoe that were worn. This is not the same shoe. Thinner stiffer leather. Stitching is poor. Fit is larger.

I ordered size 15W. These felt like a 14Narrow. Painful. I have tried many Cole Haan in my size in hope of a fit. Never do.

Extremely disappointed with this recent shoe. Returned the first recent order because of a defective shoebed on right shoe. The replacement pair was the same, defective. Kept them anyway to make them work. For my stubbornness I now have a blister on right foot. These defective shoes should never have been sold, I don’t know what KH was thinking. Lost a faithful customer of 20 years.

I normally wear a size 11.5 Narrow in most shoes. However the 11.5 N size in this shoe caused my big toes to touch the inside toe boxes and pushed my toes together uncomfortably. The 11.5 M shoe I tried was too wide at the heel, but felt some better at the toe box. I ended up purchasing the 12 N size shoe because the heel fit well and the longer length did not cramp my toes. It’s too bad that you can’t buy slip on shoes that have a narrow hee with a wider toe box.

We went up from a 10 1/5 M (our usual), to an 11 M and it’s perfect. Husband has been wearing them around the house as they are so comfortable, but they are nice enough for his office or with jeans, and I love the black because it’s a muted color and not so shiny.

A very good looking shoe, great for walking around the house or going out to the market. Initially a little stiff (which is why I took away 1 star) but that’s the nature of leather. Great traction, better than some other equally priced loafers.

These are my first choice in shoes. I have an old pair for work around the house and two more pair for a dressier look.
This must be my fifth pair and will always have them in my wardrobe. By the way, they travel well and were great for a three week European adventure with a second pair as a backup/change of color.

i’ve had this used for more years than I can count , once I wear out one pair I ordered the same exact these things are great for work or for casual outings. They seem to hold up well or just a great all-around shoe as long as they don’t change them I’ll keep buying them

There is no way these shoes we received yesterday are Cole Hahn shoes. My husband put them on an literally wore them from the closet to the car for dinner and noticed scuffs and where the leather on the front toe of the show was coming off. Extremely disappointed.

These worked well for my husband. He said they aren’t quite as comfortable as other Cole Haan’s he’s had in the past, but in comparison to most other work shoes, he would choose these again.

I have been buying these loafers for over a decade. A pair usually lasts me 2-3 years. They are comfortable, practical, and attractive. They can be dressed up or down. A black shoe with brown thread means you can match the shoes with pretty much anything. I hope Cole Haan never stops producing them.
