Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective shoe coverings must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Boat Shoes (due to their specialized construction)
  • Hiking Boots (for safety and hygiene considerations)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps for a seamless return process:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship your return using the provided shipping label (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  5. Inspect and process – once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping Information

For returns and exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal and credit card refunds (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability):

  • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
